Please submit the paper to the conference program committee to contribute the conference by email as an attachment file.

Registration fee: 30,000 Japanese yen

At least one author of each accepted paper MUST register and present (in person) in the conference, otherwise, their papers will not be published.
To save the conference expenditure, we only accept cash (Japanese yen) at the registration desk on the conference day.
Notice that no credit card is available.

Two columns are set on A4 sheets. Each column is limited to 75 mm in width and 8 mm gutter between columns.
The margins are 25 mm on the sides, 25 mm on the top and bottom.
Text is to be typed single spaced in at least 10.5~11 point Times New Roman (or a font closely resembling this type), with the same point interline spacing.
The first page of the paper, centered on the top below the top margin, should include the paper title, the author’s names, and their affiliations, six pages are allowed for each paper. Illustrations are included in the page count.
The total length of a paper must be at least 4 pages but should not exceed 6 pages.
The corresponding authors will be notified on the disposition of their paper by December 15, 2017. Organized sessions are also encouraged.
